With deeply saddened hearts our family announces the passing of Catherine on February 27, 2022. Reunited with her husband Albert (2008), loved and cherished by her son Robin (Miranda). Dearly missed by her siblings the late Peggy Johnny (Wayne), Fred McSweeney (Mary), Michael McSweeney, the late James McSweeney, Joe McSweeney, John (Gloria) McSweeney, Sharon McSweeney (Garry), Donna Hill (Brian), Tom McSweeney, Paul McSweeney and Brian McSweeney. Loving grammie of Jacob, Sydney, Lola, Madison and Livi. Will be missed by sister-in-law Phyllis, many friends and extended family. Special thank you to Dr. Kraeker, the Oncology team and staff of E3 Juravinski site for their care and support through Catherine’s final journey. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Friday, March 4th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 5th at 10am in the chapel. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In keeping with her love of animals donations to the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA would be appreciated.
