Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital on Monday, March 4, 2024 at the age of 44.
Cherished son of Gabriele Hahn and the late Rene Stencill. Proud father of Tristan, C.J., and Sierra. Loving brother of Michael, Wesley, Wayne, Rachel, and the late Daniel. Chaz will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
