Christa Kitai-Johnson passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital on April 17, 2022, after an inspiring effort to overcome a relentless disease. She was completely surrounded by love as she left this world to move on to her next adventure.
Christa was a trusted confidante and mentor to many, but she will be remembered and loved best by her children and godchildren: Stefan, Karl, Agi, Ruth-Esther, David and Stephen, as well as by her mother Ruth. They will forever be strengthened by the love she poured out on them in such great measure. Christa also adored and was equally adored by her grandchildren, Elstrid and Christian. They were her pearls.
