Beloved husband of Jolene McKenzie. Loving father of Braeden and Jade. Cherished son of Gay Lennartz (Ken Pomfret) and the late Harold Lennartz. He will be sadly missed by numerous family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Carlisle, Dr. Zbuk, Dr. Zareba, Dr. Ayre and the staff of St. Joseph’s Dialysis Unit and Juravinski Hospital for their compassionate care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 440 King Street East, on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 10 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
