Peacefully in her sleep at St. Joseph’s Hospital on January 26, 2015 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Dianne, Nancy (Gary), Mary Jane and Robert (Francine). Cherished grandma of many grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Marie will be sadly missed by other family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital and the PSWs from Bayshore for their exceptional care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord (Barton at Nash) on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 9 a.m. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery to follow.
