Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Gary Shaughnessy. Cherished mother of David McGahey, and Kim Mariutti (Anthony). Loving grandmother to Shawna- Leigh (Aaron), Melanie (Cody), and Joseph.
Her smile and laughter will be long remembered by everyone who knew her.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, 416 Mohawk Rd. E., Hamilton on Thursday December 17th.
In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees. Please RSVP in advance by calling Cresmount Funeral Home 905-387-2111. Please follow the direction of the funeral home staff upon arrival. Visitors are also required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Good Shepherd would be appreciated.
