Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton on Sunday, September 3, 2023, Elizabeth (Betty) Joan Lorimer (nee Abel) in her 94th year.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Charles Malcolm Lorimer (2007). Betty is survived by her nephew Rick Lloyd of Scotland and step-son Murray Lorimer of Grimsby. She was predeceased by her sister Audrey (Lloyd) Newton in 2005, her nephew Norman Lloyd in 2017 and his wife JoAnne in 2018. Also predeceased by loving step-daughters Charlene in 2011 and Dawn in 2018.
Employed by the Hamilton Board of Education, she retired in 1984 after 37 years of service.

A private family graveside service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens where she will join her beloved husband Charlie ~ together forever.
