Passed away quietly in his home on April 14th, 2013. He is survived by his wife Marjorie, daughter Terri and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved deeply. A special thanks to the VON, his doctors and palliative care team at Stone Church Clinic, as well as friends and family that visited with him and kept his spirits up over the last few months. His good nature and sense of humour will be missed. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 4-7pm. Funeral Service at Merritts United Church, 707 Church Road, West Lincoln on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 1pm with interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society .
