With great sadness Fred’s family announces his sudden passing at his home on November 25, 2013 at the age of 63. Loving dad of Justin David Allen. Beloved son of Jean and the late Fred. Dear brother of Brenda Spence. Fred will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
