Papa, there's so many memories to share. You were an amazing grandfather and an amazing role model. I loved having you over for dinners and watching you save room for duff. I loved watching you watch your great grandchildren and great great children opening up gifts. I loved that my dogs just wanted to lay beside you all the time (not just for the food!). Each day will bring sadness and memories that create happiness. Kiss all our loved ones and keep watching over us. Love you forever and a day. DITTO

This wonderful man was my friend and father in law for many years and I adored him. He was kind, generous and so much fun to be around. Even though I haven’t seen him in quite sometime, I have always had wonderful memories of him. My condolences go out to all who knew and loved him. Fly high George

RIP George....I know how much your family will miss you. Roth Park isn’t the same without you...we’ll always have that great day at horseshoe tourney when you and Mike won! We have the trophy! You were a great friend to my Grandparents and you were always there when I used to whip around that corner in front of your trailer on my bike..very sad you can’t be there anymore. Well never forget you!

There are so many words, yet so few. For 40 plus years we shared New Years Eve with you. It was amazing. The union and re-union of family and friends. New Years Day at the club. The music at Mid Night going around the block on Tragina. Well outwardly common to us, it was magical inside our soles and for others as well. Admired you from a distance George. I always wanted the dad u were to your family. You are missed very much no doubt. We shall raise our glasses at midnight on New Years eve and share stories from now til the end of time. Love Brian and Lori and family.

My first inclusion in the anual new year parade around his neighbourhood block got me the broom stick lightly across my chest followed by the command "l am the leader".
I got a little ahead of him in the parade.
I just loved that man. I loved going to The Meadows and doing my Elvis show. George was always there.
I'm sure going to miss him.
