It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Grace suddenly on January 27, 2017. Cherished mother of Patrick (Tracey). Loving grandma of Shawn. Dear sister of Joyce Carlstrom (Erik), Carol Pakreslis (George), John Campanella. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday from 6-9pm. Memorial Mass at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont Street South, on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 11 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in Grace’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation or the VON.

The Hamilton Ti-Cats lost their #1 Fan. Anyone who ever attended a game with Grace can attest to that. The Campanella family lost our Matriarch. It was Grace who continued the gathering of the Campanella bloodline for the "Campanella Family Christmas Dinner" after our mom passed. It continues today, bringing together the descendants of John and Leona Campanella and their families. Grace with her bright constant smile, super hugs and gentle demeanor will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Grace you're home now with mom and dad.
