Peacefully passed away, with his family at his side, at the Juravinski Hospital on May 4, 2013 in his 96th year. Loving father of Harold (Bernice) and Don (Anita). Cherished grandfather of numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear friend of Eva Morley. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by Eva May Tansley and his late wife Amelia, as well as his two brothers and four sisters. Harold was a retired employee of Stelco after 25 years of service, where his fellow co-workers knew him as the “Wyoming Kid.” Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm in the chapel. Reception to follow. Interment Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juravinski Hospital.
