Sadly our family announces the passing of Henny "Helen" on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by her husband Jan "John". Loving mother to Rita (Ray), John (Cindy), Hester and Herman. Proud grandma to Chris, Jana, Amanda, Daniel, Jadyn, Jorie and Karlee. Special thanks to the staff of Westmount Terrace Retirement Home for their love and care. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME "UPPER JAMES CHAPEL", 1020 Upper James Street, Hamilton on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Ebenezer Reformed Church (621 Highway 8, Stoney Creek) on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
