Ivy Doreen Dolby

Just short of her 95th birthday, “Sweetie Face” has gone to rejoin her beloved husband of 50 years, Jack (1996). She is also pre-deceased by her parents, sisters Violet and Irene, brothers Bert (Shirley), Reg (Sally), Gord and brother-in-law George. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Kathy McKay (Wayne), son Bob, her dear sister Bea and brother-in-law Don. She is also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many “extended families” and friends who all helped to make her life so special. A very special thank you to the wonderful staff and friends at The Carlisle, and of course, the great Nurses and Doctors of 4 West at the General Hospital. Visitation will take place at the Marlatt Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 615 Main Street East, (east of Sanford Ave), on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
