Peacefully, in his sleep at the West Haldimand General Hospital, on January 14, 2015 in his 85th year. Jack will be greatly missed by Lisa Van Belleghem and Darin Gifford. Special thanks to Dr. Titus and West Haldimand General Hospital for their care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
