With deep sorrow, surrounded by his family and friends on October 5, 2015 at the Hamilton General Hospital in his 23rd year. Loving son to mom Jenn (Ian) and dad Ron (Donna). Brother to Johnathan, Cameron, Dawson and Kiarra. Grandson to Nancy (Linda), Vic, Claudette (Gord) and the late Brian Hazell. Will also be missed by family, friends and his K9 partner Vandal. Jade was a happy, unique, out going young man who lived his life to the fullest. He brightened so many peoples lives and impacted us all in many different ways. Even in his passing Jade continues to make peoples lives better and his spirit flourishes strong. Special thanks to the Hamilton General Hospital ICU East staff, Trillium Gift of Life Network and the nurse Kristen. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Jade's life will be held Friday, October 16, 2015, location and time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, please donate to animal rescue of your choice.
