After a lengthy illness, Jim went home to his Lord and Savior on February 21, 2017 in his 79th year. Jim will be missed by his loving and caring wife, Jan of 58 years, his children Glenn and his wife Judy MacKay, Kim and her husband Barry Doan. Loving Papa to Shannon, Alicia (Tyler), Jessica, Bradley, Michael and David and great grandson Garth. Dearly missed by his sister Donna (Jim) Brown. Also will be missed by a large extended family. A thank you to the doctors and nurses at St. Joseph’s Dialysis Clinic, Stoney Creek, and a special thank you to Janet. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Monday, February 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at West Highland Baptist Church, 1605 Garth St., on Tuesday, February 28th at 11 a.m. A private family interment will be held prior to the service.
