While surrounded by the love of his family in his 43rd year on May 9, 2017. Beloved husband and best friend to Sharon and best dad ever to Chloe, Ethan and Maya. Loving son to Shirley Ellement and Jim Pauls and son-in-law to Karen and Gerald Spencer. Dear brother to Becki, Kathy (Jeff) and Wes (Katie) and brother-in-law to Jenn (Jeff). Cherished grandson to Rita and the late Ray Edwards and Gladys and the late Frank Pauls. He was a much loved uncle and will be missed by all his extended family and many friends. The family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Friday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A celebration of JD's life will take place at Gateway Alliance Church, 15 Haldimand Rd. 66 in Caledonia on Saturday at 1 p.m. with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
