Passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle with cancer, at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Rolf. Cherished mother of Carolyn Dieterle. The family wishes to thank the wonderful and caring P.S.W's for all of the love and support that was given to Jean and her family over the past four years. Also, a special thank you to the team at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for the compassionate care. Jean's love and guidance will forever be in the heart of her daughter Carolyn. Following her wishes, there will be no funeral service and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or the Hamilton/Burlington S.P.C.A. would be appreciated.
