TOCHER, Jeffrey Adam August 31, 1962 - February 15, 2014 It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to a very special man. Jeff passed away peacefully, in his 52nd year, surrounded by his loving family. Cherished son of Marilyn and the late Adam Tocher. Loving big brother of Steve (Kim), Adam (Colleen) and Jenna (Rishi). Beloved Grandson of Howie and Mary Hammond. Loving Uncle to Liam, Darshan, Hannah, Ayanna and Danica. Jeff was an avid swimmer who loved to laugh, watch hockey, and to spend time with his family. His warm smile and his sense of humour touched all of those who knew him. Jeff was the type of person who loved everyone and brightened the days of those who were blessed to be in his life. Few of us are fortunate enough to meet someone who truly changes who we are as individuals. His impact on our family will be remembered with love and admiration. A special thank you to all of the compassionate staff at Idlewyld Manor who helped make Jeff's journey comfortable and peaceful.
