Jennie Herbolic

Peacefully, at Shalom Village in her 96th year. Beloved mother and best friend of Joan M. MacDonald and dearest grandmother of Cheryl MacDonald-St. James (Victor). Predeceased by her brothers Denny, Steve, Stan (Marjorie) and Little Johnny & Georgie Kraftcheck, as well as her sisters Bernice Swick, Mary McIntosh and Helen Wright. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jennie was a retired employee of Westinghouse, a member of the original ladies softball team and a longtime fan of the Hamilton Tiger Cats. Visitation will be at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park, at the delta) on Friday, February 13 from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Polish Church on Saturday at 9 am, followed by entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery – Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum. Memorial donations to SPCA or the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign would be appreciated by the family.
