Jennifer Lynn Dewitte, passed away peacefully at her home on July 31, 2019 in her 46th year, surrounded by her friends, whom will miss her greatly.
A visitation for Jennifer will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, 322 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am in the chapel. Cremation to follow.
