It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jesse at the age of 38. He leaves behind his loving mother Jill, step-brother Jared Rathjen, his grandmother Mary Clippingdale, his aunt Ceri, uncle Bill and many aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
