It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne on October 7, 2023 at the age of 81.
Predeceased by his loving wife Lynne. Beloved father of Lisa and Rob McCann and John and Tammy McLeod. Cherished Grandad of Connor, Josh, Paige McCann and Gavin, Delaney, Shannon McLeod.
Wayne will be missed by his many extended family members and friends. Wayne will always be remembered for his quick wit, easy smile, and kind heart.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will take place at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton, on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. with service to follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m.
The family would like to thank St. Peter's Hospital - 3 East for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
