Joseph Harriman

Peacefully passed away with family at St Peters Hospital on Saturday February 13, 2016 at the age of 87. Cherished husband of more than 57 years to Pauline (nee Dutchak). Loving father of Gerald and his wife Elizabeth. Dear grandpa of Meaghan, Michael and Cody. Reunited with his sisters Carmel, Jean, Ann and brother John. Joseph will forever live on in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a hard working and dedicated employee for more than 40 years at Dominion Glass. A longtime member of the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Club, their Knights of Columbus Council 7464 and a devoted member of Holy Family Parish. A heartfelt thank you to the Nurses and Staff at St Joseph’s Hospital and The Carlisle for their kindness and care. Family and friends are welcome to visitation at the Markey Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers on Tuesday at 2:30pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 1393 Cannon St E. on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 10am. Interment at Holy Sepluchre Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Holy Family Church would be greatly appreciated
