It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our dad Joseph Neil MacDonald on November 20, 2015 at the age of 83. Dad was born on April 15, 1932 in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. He is survived by his daughters Lisa and Alane (Johnny). He is predeceased by his wife Jeanne (O'Leary) in 2003. Dad is survived by his brother Stanley and predeceased by his brothers John and Peter. We will always remember Dad for his love of life, his sense of humour and his infectious laugh. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 1-3pm until the time of Memorial Service at 3pm. Donations in Joseph’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA.
