I loved talking with your mom at the Board of Education. She was always positive and extremely helpful.

John and Allison.  I am sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom.  I will always have fond memories of her while growing up.  Living so close I saw her everyday walking her dog.  And we would always stop and talk.  She always asked me if I was behaving.  I always said yes, of course.  But, I think she knew the truth and it was her way of letting me know that she was watching.  You all played a big part in my life growing up and my memories will always stay strong.  I will always remember her as being a very gentle, sweet person with a big heart.  Take pride in knowing that she touched so many people's lives in such a positive way. Alison, John & Brian: Your mom and I worked together in the Accounting department at Westinghouse. We shared lots of family stories during the time you (Alison and John) were in your teen years. I really enjoyed working and sharing with her. That was the time when she used an electric typewriter to do much of her work. Sorry that I will not be able to finally meet you but I will be thinking about you and will pray that you will contnue to enjoy wonderful memories of your mom.

To the Family of Joyce Forrest:  You don't know me.  I met your Mom last August when my mom was admitted at Idlewyld Manor.  Although Alzheimers is a mind-blowing disease, it doesn't take away everything.  I saw her almost everyday when I came to visit my mom and I always found her to be a kind and sensitive lady with a twinkle in her eye when she smiled. May you take comfort in your wonderful memories of her.

Dear John & Allison - I worked with your Mom at Westinghouse and we had many good times and lots of laughs.  I doubt that you remember us but we often came to your apartment and sat on the floor and played games.  Your mother was always cheerful and enjoyed every minute of her life.
