After a long journey with Alzheimer's, June passed away on April 30, 2018 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of 63 years to Ronald. Much loved Mum to Janine (Terry), Peter (Catherine) and Jennifer (Steve). Cherished Nan to Christy (Bill), Carrie (Eric), Ariel (Jacob), Portia, Sophia and Jane. Dear sister to Barbara (the late Ron) and Patricia (Bob). June was a proud 25-year volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society and was a long-time member of St. Michael's Anglican Church. A heartfelt thank-you to the wonderful staff at Idlewyld Manor for the care and support they have provided.
Her family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. A memorial service to celebrate June's life will take place at St. Michael's Anglican Church, 1188 Fennell Ave. E. on Thursday, May 3rd at 1 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or to St. Michael's Church, Restoration Fund would be greatly appreciated by her family.
