It is with great sadness, Kay's family announce her passing at the Willow Grove Nursing Home at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her loving husband, and the love of her life, Jack Phillips (2006). Beloved mother to Jack (Heather), Sandra (Allan) Addis and Richard Phillips. Kay was a cherished and adored Grandmother "Nana" to Susan Addis & Sara (Kirk) Holley, who spent many wonderful times with her as children, and Robert Phillips. Great grandmother of Stephen and Kevin Phillips and great grandmother of Benjamin and the late Aubree Phillips. Dear sister to Helen (the late Jim) Tweedie and was predeceased by her sisters Mary Embleton and Dorothy (Leonard) Shields. Auntie Kay will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and all who loved her. Her family was her life. Many thanks to the staff of Willow Grove Nursing Home for their care for Mom over the past 15 years with a special thanks to Mom's trusted friend and much loved caregiver, Grace. In keeping with Mom's wishes, a private family graveside service has taken place. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated
