Born in Paisley, Scotland to Elizabeth Foley and Thomas Howell, Kathy left her family, including 11 brothers and sisters, to find a better life in Canada. Mourning her loss are her husband Tom, daughter Karen Gallant (late Ivan), son Mark Shore (Elisa), granddaughters Kathleen Gillis (Jay) and Julia Shore and great-grandchildren Jacob and Kyzly Gillis. Kathy will now be reunited in heaven with her grandson Nathan Gallant (2006). Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue E. on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 5-8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Parish (Our Lady of Lourdes Site), 416 Mohawk Road E. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 10am. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main Street West.
