Peacefully, surrounded by his family on February 28, 2018 at the General Hospital in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Beverley. Loving father of Jason (Carmela) and Carolynn Adams (Dean). Cherished grandfather of Ella, Isabelle and Hudson. Survived by siblings Olga Stewart and Benjaman Dyck. Predeceased by siblings Kay Moore, Bill Dyck and Ella Trewolla. Special thank you to the staff at the General Hospital 7 South Integrated Stroke Unit for their wonderful care. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be celebrated at St. Stephen on the Mount Anglican Church, 625 Concession St., on Monday, March 5th at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow. In memory of Leonard donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
