On December 30 2016, we lost our beloved husband, father and grandfather. He leaves behind the love of his life, and his best friend, Doreen (nee Lewis) and his children Leonard, Colleen (Russell), Judy and Richard (Catharine). He also leaves his adored grandchildren Corrie (Michal), Steven (Cassie), Emily and Nicholas. Len is also survived by siblings Robert, Dean, Rosemarie (aka Rid), Margaret and Betty. Before all else, Len loved his family, including his in-laws who he thought of as his own brothers and sisters. He also loved his many nieces, nephews and friends. Our heartfelt thanks to all the nurses and doctors at the Juravinski Hospital. Thank you also to Dr. Bulger and Dr. Oczkowski and their staff for their exceptional care of Dad. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Leonard's life at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave East on Thursday, January 5th with visitation from 12-1pm followed by a Memorial Service at 1pm. Donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Charity of choice. Cremation has taken place.
