Beloved wife of the late Jim Olmsted and loving mother of Doug Olmsted and Carol O'Connor (Terry). Dear sister of Norma Pryde (Richard) and the late Hilda Joan Labram. Loved grandma of Matthew (Melissa) and Jessica O'Connor. Lois was predeceased by her parents Richard and Hilda Pinder.
Our mother loved life. She loved reading, cooking, knitting and sewing. She loved to travel and to see and learn new things. Despite her health problems in recent years, she remained ever optimistic and determined to overcome all obstacles. She was an inspiration to us all and we miss her profoundly.
Visitation will be held at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 9-10 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. in the chapel, followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery, 700 Spring Gardens Road, Hamilton.
