Lotte Lisa Tolys

Passed away peacefully on March 8, 2015 at the age of 84. Lotte is predeceased by her husband John (2013). Lovingly remembered by her children John (Susan), Robert (Patty) and Lucy (John) Farranto. Cherished and missed by grandchildren Christopher (Jennifer) Farranto, great-grandchild Easton, Grandchildren Kevin (Samantha) Farranto, Stephen, Alex and Jacob Tolys. Missed and cherished by cousins Emmy Dirse and Otto Grau, and god-daughter of Lori Glen. Lotte was a devoted parishioner of St. Eugene’s Church. The family wishes to thank the staff of Caroline Place, Aberdeen Gardens and Queen’s Gardens for their compassionate care. A special thanks to Fr. David of Christ the King Cathedral for providing last rites. Visitation will be at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East, (near Kenilworth) on Wednesday March 11 from 5- 9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church 232 Queenston Road, on Thursday at 10:00 am with entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
