Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Villa on February 15th, 2011 in his 92nd year after a lengthy illness which he bore without complaint and with dignity and humour. Mac is survived by his wife of 67 years, Vera (Davis), his daughters, Margaret Mader and Susan Banks (Bill); 3 grandchildren, Scott (Tricia), Kate (Andrew), Elizabeth (Jim) and 4 great grandchildren. Sister, Audrey Jeanne Simpson, brother-in-law, Bern Davis (Mary) and several nieces and nephews.
At Mac's request, cremation has already taken place. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Barbara Teal, Was Veterans, CCAC, the Dialysis unit at St. Joseph's Hospital.
