I  retired from Hot Mill Technology in 2010 and just heard about this tragic accident. My sincere condolences for the  Oleszczuk family and all who knew him.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My sincerest condolences to your family. I’m honoured to have met him. He was such a lovely man and his light is reflected in you both everyday.

My love and heartfelt condolences to all of Marek's family and loved ones. He was a good man as you all know. He was the best of us. He was a colleague and friend.  I didn't know him well or for very long, (over a year) , but he filled every moment with joy. He spoke of his family often and loved you all so much. Earlier this year my car needed a new engine.  We talked at length about it. The process, my options and the results.  He told me his daughter has the same car and was having issues.  Then, hers needed a new engine but he didn't want anything used. I told him to go for it. Don't accept anything but new. He said, later, that he did it. And was so glad I told him my issues with it. He said it helped. I'd had lunch at work with him on his last overtime.  He really will be remembered as the best of us.  And he is missed terribly.  Please accept my condolences to you and yours.

I didn't know this man other working with him at the transfer station for a few years, but he was always happy and hilarious! In a world of such sadness, he always had a smile and a joke for everything!

A lovely man who always talked about his family, I'm very sorry for your loss.
