In memory of a heroic and strong mother, grandmother and great grandmother who passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital. Dearly loved and missed by her children Stan, Kim (Rob) Hamilton and Laird as well as daughter in law Bogusia. Cherished by her grandchildren Nic, Krista (Tony), Melissa, Kevin, Terrin, Tia and great grandson Aiden. Best friend to Charlie. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
