Into the arms of the angels, Mark quietly slipped away at the Juravinski Hospital on June 29, 2015. Left to mourn are his wife of 39 years Sandra, his children Sandra (Dan), Alexis (Joey), Maryanne and Luke (Paige). Dearly missed by his grandchildren Cody, Cassandra, Dustin, Leeanna, Destiny, Layden, Jaci-Lynn and Araya. Survived by his sisters Anne (James) and Bernadette (Tony) of Scotland as well as many nieces and nephews in Canada and Scotland. Mark served with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders in Northern Ireland and Germany for three years. He arrived in Canada in 1982 and was a valued employee of Fortino's Burlington for 17 years. Special thanks to the doctors, staff and volunteers at the Juravinski Cancer Center and Hospital CCICU for their outstanding care and compassionate support. Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME 322 Fennell Avenue East on Friday, July 3, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
