Where has the time gone mom?  Miss you and dad every day.  Remind the grandkids and great grandkids about you all the time. Love you both always and always.

So sorry to hear the news of May's passing. I have so many good memories of May and Vic at Little Pike Bay. I'm glad I was able to visit with May one last time last spring. R.I.P. May.

Mom, it was so hard to watch you try to fight your way back to better health.  We (Jim n I), are going to miss you so very much.  We both know you are in a better place and that Dad and you will watch over us always.  I am going to try to remember  you the way you were before your struggles began.  Healthy in mind and body and strong in spirit. Love you forever!

When I was a little boy there was nothing I looked forward to more than a visit to my grandma and grandpa in Canada.  She was the only grandma I ever knew and although I wasn't able to see her often I've always known and felt her love for me and my family, even from a great distance.  God bless you Grandma and Grandpa Hinnells and love to all of my family in Canada,

I am very sorry for your loss.  Everyone is in my thoughts and prayers and I am praying that your faith will give you strength in this sad time.  Your mother was a very kind and gentle woman.

What I am feeling right now is so hard to put into words.  It has been an honor to get to know May so much better over the past few years.  I originally knew her as the wife of my boss (Vic being my boss at Travelers Canada).  I have enjoyed the times we got together, either for coffee, out for lunch, or visits at the hospital.  As a result I am privileged to call her and Jackie my friends. May will truly be missed by many. xoxoxo

Mom- you have no idea how much I miss you ....watching you struggle and fight so hard this past 6 months has shown me what a strong woman you are. Many would have given up a long time ago~but you have shown each of us strength and courage.  I can only pray that I show my daughters and grandchildren the strength courage and conviction that you have shown me.  
I love you so very much - and I miss you more than words can say. I dont know what to do with myself- I feel such a huge hole - a chunk missing

Dear sweet May....it's been a pleasure to have been part of your family circle for so many years.  We shared many laughs and a few tears but everything you did, you did with grace and dignity.  So bring your glass of wine and a rye and ginger for Vic and have a toast to your wonderful life.  Cheers to your four daughters, their spouses, the grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Who could ask for anything more!

We join with so many others who knew May in offering our deepest sympathy on her passing. 
This is a difficult period and only time can help diminish some of the pain.
When somebody dies, a cloud turns into an angel, and flies up to tell God to put another flower on a pillow. 
A bird gives the message back to the world, and sings a silent prayer that makes the rain cry.
People dis-appear, but they never really go away. 
The spirits up there put the sun to bed, wake up the grass, and spin the earth in dizzy circles. 
Sometimes you can see them dancing in a cloud during the day-time, when they're supposed to be sleeping. 
They paint the rainbows and also the sunsets and make waves splash and tug at the tide. 
They toss shooting stars and listen to wishes.
And when they sing wind-songs, they whisper to us, don't miss me too much, 
the view is nice and I'm doing just fine, I'm with those that have passed on before.

Although it is little consolation at this sad time, it should be of some satisfaction to know that in her passing you can celebrate a productive life.
The measure of a life well-lived is not in how much money one has or what possessions they have accumulated, but rather through the lives they touched.
Find peace and comfort in knowing that your loss is felt by all who knew and loved May.

Remember that as long as you hold her memory in your hearts she will never be far away.

Give Dad a hug for me, Mom. I'm so glad your struggle is over and you are where you want to be, with the love of your life forever. Your girls hold you in their hearts. We'll try to make you proud. I love you.

It is with unimaginable sorrow, that I say goodbye to, and now hold in my heart, my beautiful Mom.  The loves of her life were Dad and her family. Her hopes for us were always happiness and success in life.  Steve and I will remember her sparkling blue eyes, sweet smile, and her zest  for youthfulness.  I'm sure she greeted Dad with open arms and  tears of joy, and he, the same. She has set a very high standard for us in all areas of life.  I will think of her and miss her always.  Love you Mom
