Loving wife to Bent (deceased) for 65 years. Beloved mother to Lars (Terri), Susanne and Hans (Nancy). Cherished Farmor to Jacqueline (Kyle), Carolyn (Matt), Kiersten, Dane (Sandra), Nate and Zack and adoring Oldemor to Ryker, Anderson, Holden and Adelaide. She will be greatly missed by her many friends, nieces and nephews both in Canada and Denmark. In keeping with Mimi’s wishes, cremation has already taken place and in lieu of flowers, donations to Make A Wish Canada would be greatly appreciated. A celebration of life will take place at a future date. Mimi and Bent were always grateful for the life they built together in Canada but their hearts always belonged to their beloved Denmark.
