Tragically taken in Ottawa on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, in his 25th year. Loving father of Marcus Daniel Cirillo. Beloved son of Katherine Cirillo and Victor Briffa. Dear brother of Nicole Cirillo (Richard Schmith) and Natasha Cirillo (Jonathon Tuckman). Uncle to Cameron. Remembered by his favourite Aunt Teresa, and his aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. Public visitation will be held at the MARKEY DERMODY Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Monday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Christ's Church Cathedral, 252 James Street North, on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 12 noon. Private family and Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders of Canada Regimental burial to follow in the Field of Honour at Woodland Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to a trust fund for "Marcus Cirillo Trust" would be appreciated.
