Nina Reeves

November 27, 1925 ~ March 3, 2016

With Dignity and Grace, Nina was at last given her Wings and departed to join her beloved George and her God. Beloved wife and honeybun of the late George Edward, loving mum of Catharine and Grant Gross. Nina will be lovingly remembered and missed by her baby brother Frank (Nora) Wells, grandchildren Clinton Crooks (Steve), Christine Daunheimer (Steve), Kelly Faulkenham, Stanley Faulkenham (Carly) and Lucas Faulkenham (Crystal). Much loved Nana GG to William, Sarah, Sammy, Jessica, Julian, Jacob, Noah, Hunter & new baby Kira Marie. Nana will also be missed by her many grand doggies. Nina's life was a full one, volunteering for CAS for 21 yrs, she was a founding member of St Andrew's United Church and St Andrew's UCW. Nina enjoyed quilting with her ladies quilting group, making blankets for Linus and crocheting wee hats for the neonatal unit at St Joseph's Hospital. Along with her volunteering, Nina returned to College and later enjoyed working as a medical dicta-typist until her retirement. Mum will certainly be remembered for telling her many old stories of family and her long time friends. As per her wishes, Cremation has taken place. For those who wish to do so, in Memory of Nina's life, donations can be made to "Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund" at OVC Pet Trust (Ontario Veterinary College).
