After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Pat passed with family at her bedside Sunday, March 27, 2016. Survived by her loving husband Jim, four sons, Jim (Carol), Neil (Sharon), Mark (Patricia), Gord, five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brother Jack (Heather) Rogers. The family will receive friends at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the chapel followed by interment in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the CAP and give a pint of blood to the Red Cross
