Belove wife for 66 years of Harold. Cherished Mom of Sue (Len) Poloniato and Sandi (Serge) Marson. Proud and devoted Grandma of Nick (Christina), Sara (Mark) and Adam (Emily) and loving Gigi to Hudson, Audrina, Nathan, Maya, Quinn, and Frankie. Patti will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her sister and best friend Carole, who remained by her side until the end. Survived by her brother John.
Pat was a longtime member of the North American 40+ Touring Riders; which brought her endless joy and great pleasure and a lifetime of wonderful friends.
A sincere thank you to the nurses looking after Mom in room 44 at Juravinski Hospital, ICU, Level 0 as well as Dr. Tim for their exceptional care and kindness they extended to Pat and our family.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 8 p.m. Cremation will follow. If desired, memorial donations made to The Arthritis Society in Pat’s name would be appreciated by the family.
