It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Pauline at her home in her 41st year. Beloved wife of Lincoln. Loving mother of Mitchell and Morgan. Cherished daughter of Patricia Moores and the late Boyde Moores. Dear sister of Darrell and his wife Nathalie. Lovingly remembered by Buffy and Frank, Diane and Ted, Maxine and Carol, as well as many cousins and five nephews. Pauline was a dedicated nurse for 15 years on 5 West at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, where she will be sadly missed. Visitation at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 11am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
