Peggy passed away suddenly after a long illness, at her home on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the age of 61 with her loving husband by her side. Beloved wife and best friend of Steven for 45 years. Loving mother of Stephanie (Terry), and William (Jessica). Proud Nana of Ashley, Alyssa-Lyn, Shae-Lyn, Tessa-Lyn, and Liam. Sister of the late Kathy (Ken), Patricia (Dennis), Debbie, and Helen (Andy). Peggy will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends.
Visitation at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 128 Edgemont Street South on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
