Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at his home on June 17, 2016 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Brenda for 44 years. Loving father of Reg (Chantelle Wilson) and Ron (Krystal). Cherished Gigi of Michael, Xavier and Taegan. Dear brother of Maurice (Lorraine) and Helen Kowal. He will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Ron was a retired employee of Dofasco after 32 years of dedicated service. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 11am until the time of Memorial Service at 1pm.
