With sadness, we announce the passing of Ruth Mary Clarke, on Thursday, March 11, 2010 in her 80th year. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, William (1989), son Ronald (1990), and brother Roy Jenkins (2004).
She will be missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Ray Gagnon, and her sister and brother-in-law, Marg and Ross Wilkins. Her kindness will be missed by her grandchildren, Jay and Teresa Gagnon and Marcie and Gianni DeFaveri. She was blessed to have had the chance to meet her two new great-grandchildren, Samantha DeFaveri and Maxime Gagnon. Ruth was also blessed to have had the friendship of many neighbours on East 22nd street over the past 60 years.
The family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel with cremation to follow. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
