Ruth Hunter

  Born July 18th, 1922, Ruth passed away peacefully, June 18th, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Predeceased by beloved husband Edward and parents, Samuel and Alice Bedford. Loving mother of Ed (Pauline), Doreen Charlton (Chris), Dave (Kathy), Tom (Nancy), Ruth Bielawski (Bob) and Judie-Anne Taylor (Dave). She will be dearly missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Eva Mathieson (Jim), Joan Babin, Grace Baswick (Frank) and sister-in-law, Merridy Bedford. Predeceased by siblings, Walter Bedford, Stanley Bedford (Dorothy), David Bedford and Lillian Tobicoe. Lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, good friends old and new. The family would like to thank the OT's, PT's and nurses of Rehab and Palliative Care at St. Joseph's Hospital, Juravinski Innovation Tower for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Friday, June 21st from 10 am until time of service at 11 am in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations to the Missing Children's Society of Canada (MCSC) would be greatly appreciated.                                                                          Mom;                       Your spirit lives in us all.
