Salvadora Saltarin Arroyo

She is reunited with her beloved husband, Catalino Jr., she is also predeceased by brothers Dioscoro and Rafael.

Loving mother of Fe (Craig), Eden, Joselito (Skye), Amelita (Michael), Fernando, Sarah (Chris), Catalino III, Alain, and Justina (Colin). Loving Lola to 25 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered by many siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was born in the Philippines, where she grew up and married Catalino Jr. They immigrated to Canada in 1974 with 8 children and their 9th child was born in 1981.

She raised her family while working as a seamstress, and later as a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Hamilton Sheraton Hotel.

Her faith was a very important part of her life, but most important was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 10 - 12:45 pm. The Funeral Service to celebrate her life will take place in the Cresmount Chapel at 1 pm.

Burial at Mount Hamilton Cemetery will follow.
